Aadhimalai Wild Honey
Accumulated yellow particles on the surface are pollen, a nutritious protein. Do eat it. Crystallization is a natural process in honey due to low temperature. Place the jar in sunlight or in warm water to get liquid honey. Always use a clean, dry spoon to avoid contamination. Do not insert the spoon into the bottle, instead pour the honey from the bottle to the spoon. Keep the lid tightly closed after every use. Do not refrigerate; refrigeration may cause rapid crystallization.
